Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. During peak periods (especially around April 20), processing times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic (United States) orders:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 12 business days after processing. Most affordable option.
- Expedited Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after processing. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, shipping method selected, and delivery address. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated.
Print-on-Demand and Dropship Items
Many of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand and dropshipping partners. These items are printed and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. As a result:
- Production time (2 to 5 business days) is added before shipping begins
- Items in the same order may ship separately from different locations
- Tracking information will be provided for each shipment
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
Age Verification
Certain products require age verification. You must be 21 years or older to purchase age-restricted items. We reserve the right to require age verification at the time of purchase or delivery.
State Restrictions
Some products may not be available for shipment to all states due to varying local laws and regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your state, you will be notified during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping the item or providing a refund.
