Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Because our apparel and merchandise items (tees, hoodies, beanies, stickers, etc.) are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. However, we will gladly replace or refund items that are:
- Defective: Manufacturing defects, printing errors, or significant quality issues
- Damaged in transit: Items that arrive torn, stained, or otherwise damaged during shipping
- Wrong item: You received a different item than what you ordered
To request a replacement or refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Accessories and Drop-Shipped Items
For accessories (rolling papers, grinders, trays, etc.) fulfilled by our dropship partners:
- Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs)
- Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you
- Opened consumable items (papers, cones, tips) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us with your order number, the item(s) in question, and a description of the issue
- Include photos if applicable (defects, damage, wrong item)
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Do not ship items back without prior authorization
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Opened consumable products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
